What is TalkingTag™ Memory Label? TalkingTag™ Memory Labels are printed digital tags that can be used to attach your voice notes. You can record a voice note using TalkingTag™ Memory Label and supplied mobile phone software and playback the content. The label can be affixed to an object about which you are recording the voice notes.

What do I need to have to use TalkingTag™ Memory Label? You need a mobile camera phone (Android, iPhone, or Blackberry device) or a PC with webcam. You will need TalkingTag App software that you can download from talkingtag.mobi or from iPhone and Android App stores.

How do I know I have a TalkingTag™ compatible mobile phone? You can determine if your device is among the supported mobile platforms by visiting talkingtag.mobi from your device browser. Typically most of the Android, iPhone and Blackberry devices can run TalkingTag software.

What if I run out of TalkingTag™ Memory Labels and need more, can I copy the existing tags? Each TalkingTag™ Memory Label is unique. You should not duplicate the TalkingTag™ Memory label and must order additional ones. You can only record a single voice note per memory label.

How many times can I record on a TalkingTag™ Memory Label? Once you have confirmed the content of a memory label, you cannot record a new voice note on the same memory label. For any new voice notes, you must use a new label.

What if my TalkingTag™ Memory Labels are damaged and I’m unable to record any voice notes? These tags are for indoor use only. If you see the tags getting scratched or smudged, you should use the Copy Content feature to copy content from old tag to new tag and stick the new tag on the old one. If the tag is completely damaged there is no way to recover the content.

Can I run TalkingTag™ software on multiple phones? You can download the software on multiple phones, but you can only record one voice notes per TalkingTag™ Memory Label.

How many voice notes can I record on my mobile device? The number of voice notes you record is not limited by your device. You can record one voice note per memory label, and since the content is stored on the TalkingTag content network, there is not any limit to how many notes you can record using your device.

Can anyone replay my voice notes? TalkingTag Memory labels and Message labels can be played on other devices when you send the labels to others as part of a greeting card, photo album, letter or a gift.

What if I replace or lose my phone? If you replace your phone, for as long as you download the software into your new device, you will be able to replay the content of an existing voice note recorded to your Memory or Message labels. For Personal Voice Note product, the recordings are only available if you perform back up and restore operation.
